Please read these FAQ's before calling the event hotline as you will find the answers to most of your questions
- What is the general admission price and what does it get me?
- The General Admission Price Of $12 Covers Admission To Either Green Hill Park Or To Downtown.
It does NOT cover BOTH!
- How much will it cost to go to both Green Hill Park AND Downtown?
- When you go to the ticket booth at Green Hill Park ask for the $20 COMBO TICKET
This single day ticket will give you admission to BOTH Green Hill Park AND Downtown for only $20 per day
- How much will it cost to register my show car for the weekend?
- $45 register's your show car, driver and 1 rider for the weekend including park & downtown admission
- How much does it cost to bring my kids?
- Children under 12 are FREE with paid adult admission.
- What if I only want to bring my show car or bike for 1 day?
- A one day pass is available for only $35 and that covers admission to Green Hill Park AND downtown
- What if I want to sell my goods at the show?
- 15'X20' Weekend vendor spaces cost $400 and each additional 10ft is $150
- How much does it cost to camp in the park?
- Camping permit's are available for $60 (no hookups) this is good for entire stay but you must have a weekend participant pass
- What if I want to come as a spectator for the whole weekend?
- Weekend spectator pass's are available for the entire show for only $40 per person
- What if I want to sell used bike parts downtown?
- Swap meet spaces are available for $35 per day, USED PARTS ONLY
- I pre-registered online but where do I go when I get there?
- Everyone must check in and pickup their registration packet at the show office in Green Hill Park (Skyline Drive entrance). The show office will open on Thursday, June 30th at 12 noon. No one will be allowed into the park before this time! This means clubs, campers, vendors! NO EARLYBIRDS!
- Will there be any burnout's downtown on Thursday night?
- There will be NO Light' em up & burn' em out show on Thursday night
- Is the show open Monday?
- No, the show will end at the conclusion of the Light' em up & burn' em out display on Sunday night
- When is the awards ceremony being held?
- The awards ceremony will be held in the pavilion in Green Hill Park at 4pm on Sunday
- Is it true there's going to be a drive-in movie theater in the park this year?
- YES IT's TRUE! Bob has outdone himself this year, there will be a huge drive-in theater type screen right in Green Hill Park! This is only happening on Saturday night so if you don't want to take part in the downtown fun then don't just sit around your hotel all night! Grab you best girl and cruise on up to the park for some classic gearhead movies and cartoons for the kiddie's!
- Where can I park my car?
- There is plenty of parking at the U-Mass lot plus there is FREE parking at the Channing Street lot.
- After I park do I have to walk all the way to the park?
- No, there will be FREE shuttle buses running on Saturday and Sunday beginning at 8am til 9pm
The shuttle busses will bring you to Green Hill Park and back to your car when you are ready to leave
- Can I bring my dog to the show?
- Yes, but all dogs must be leached at all times and picked up after! NO PITBULLS ALLOWED!
