2008 HOTEL PARKING REGISTRATION FORM

 

     ONLY ONE CAR TO BE LISTED PER FORM. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE SHOW CAR, YOU     WILL NEED TO SUBMIT ONE FORM FOR EACH CAR YOU ARE BRINGING.

     GARAGE SPACES ARE FOR SHOW CARS ONLY

     TRAILER PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL. ALL TRAILERS NEED TO BE PARKED     AT THE SHOWGROUNDS AT GREEN HILL. ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE BY CONTACTING     THE SUMMER NATIONALS STAFF.

 

            To obtain a guaranteed space in the hotel garage, the following must apply:

 

  1. You must be an overnight guest in order to register your car in the hotel parking garage.
  2. Garage spaces are for SHOW CARS ONLY!  Garage clearance is 6’8”.  If your vehicle will not fit in the garage, please note request for outdoor parking on this form.
  3. Parking is $20.00 per day for covered parking or $10.00 per day for uncovered parking with a 3 night minimum (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) requirement.
  4. Spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and must be paid in full before a space is assigned.
  5. COVERED PARKING IS LIMITED AND NOT GUARANTEED, so we suggest you book early.
  6. Parking is non-refundable if you cancel your space/spaces after June 1, 2008.
  7. Parking registration at check-in also requires a three (3) night minimum (Thursday, Friday, & Saturday).  It is based on availability.
  8. Guests coming in for only Friday & Saturday will only be assigned uncovered parking spaces.
