The 2008 New England Summer Nationals

HOTEL ROOM REGISTRATION FORM

 

When making your reservations for the 2008 Summer Nationals, please be advised of the following:

1.        THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY OF THURSDAY, FRIDAY, & SATURDAY IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE SUMMER NATIONALS DISCOUNTED RATE. ANY GUEST THAT WISHES TO STAY ONLY FRIDAY & SATURDAY WILL BE CHARGED A HIGHER RATE AND ONLY BE ASSIGNED STANDARD ROOMS & UNCOVERED SPACES IN THE GARAGE.

2.        Deposit of one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel. Payment in full is due by June 1, 2008. If payment in full is not received by the deadline, your room reservation will no longer be valid. Full payments are non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date.   This deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel.  Payment in full is due by June 1, 2008.  If payment in full is not received by the deadline, your room reservation will no longer be valid.

3.        Special requests can and will not be guaranteed, but we will do our best to honor as many requests as possible on a first come, first serve basis and will not be considered until full payment for your room is received.

4.        Rollaway beds and refrigerators are not guaranteed but will be available on a first come, first serve basis. The fee for a rollaway is $25 per night. The fee for a refrigerator is $10 per night

5.        Pool views are limited and not guaranteed. They will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. The rooms on the pool/tunnel side of the hotel are $131.00 per night and do not in any way guarantee you a view of the tunnel

 

6.        There will be a parking fee of $20.00 per day for covered parking or $10.00 per day for non covered parking with a minimum of three (3) days per car and must be paid in full at the time of your booking. There will be no refunds the day of your arrival if you choose to cancel your parking reservation.

I agree to the terms listed above as to making a reservation for the 2008 New England Summer Nationals. I agree that I forfeit my deposit if I choose to cancel my reservation at any time. I agree that if my full payment is due no later than June 1,2008 and if it not received, the hotel reserves the right to cancel my reservation and I forfeit my deposit.
